Over the last month, many AUC students have taken to the boards of valuemd to vent out their internet-related grievances. The internet is slow, everything takes forever to load, and students are having trouble watching the Kaplan videos necessary for USMLE preparation. Of course, as someone who will be arriving to the island in less than two months, I've been growing increasingly concerned over this situation, but I'm thankful to write that the issue has been resolved!
The administration heard the cries and responded.
They are upgrading the bandwidth from 10 mbps to 30 mbps!
Congrats to all those who petitioned and wrote in emails and complaints to the administration, now it makes life that much easier. I'm just happy to know my skype will be working fine once I get there.
